CNC Machine Operator APPLY NOW

Vangogh is currently looking for a full time and ambitious CNC Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. The CNC Machine Operator would be working in our Frame Shop to ensure we are assembling high quality product that meets our customers needs.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Operates and adjust programs for the CNC wood machine. Ensures all manufactured components meet quality and production targets.
• Performs machine setups (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle.
• Controls and adjusts the functions and settings of machines (e.g. speed).
• Feeds the necessary raw material or parts to semi-automated machines.
• Inspects parts with precision and measuring tools to ensure they meet requirements.
• Tests the operation of machine periodically to guarantee their smooth running.
• Complies with all company health and safety policies and procedures at all times. Without limitation, wears Personal Protective Equipment at all times in accordance with companies policies.
• Maintains a clean and well-organized work area.
• Performs other duties as assigned from time to time at the discretion of management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years previous work experience as a CNC Machine Operator;
• Ability to understand, speak, read and write English. Must be able to understand verbal and written work instructions, which are typically routine.
• Understanding of production procedures and product knowledge.
