This role will be responsible for the overall culture, people development, operations and customer experience excellence to facilitate organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

Office Management:

  • Organize and coordinate all office operations, procedures and resources.
  • Assign and monitor clerical, administrative and secretarial responsibilities and tasks among office staff to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Design, implement and oversee adherence to office policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain office budget and expenditures.
  • Assist and support the CEO to facilitate strategic projects.
  • Attend executive meetings, records meeting minutes, stakeholder correspondence, issues management, project coordination support and follow up.

Employee Relations: 

  • Monitor overall team performance and address any concerns timely and appropriately. 
  • Investigate and resolve escalated employee relations issues related to performance, conduct, service, and operations.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop administrative employees ensuring a diverse applicant pool.
  • Bridge Management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Nurture a positive working environment through employee’s engagement and their development.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resources management.

Brand Experience/Customer Service:

  • Ensure excellence in customer service in all areas by modeling brand specific service standards thus enhancing the brand image with both internal and external customers. 
  • Monitor customer feedback and address all customer concerns in a timely manner. 
  • Lead and inspire customer-centric culture by recognizing and rewarding teams’ successes. 

Training and Development: 

  • Train and motivate all administrative staff and showroom staff through on-going programs in customer service and product knowledge.
  • Maximize team and individual performance through consistent coaching and feedback using performance management processes.
  • Promote an environment that encourages participation, creativity, and learning by sharing best practices and building on the ideas of others within the company.
