Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all office related administrative duties are being performed efficiently and effectively, this includes but is not limited to order entry, customer service (phone calls and emails) and custom quotes
  • Schedule, create agendas, attend and take meeting minutes
  • Schedule and coordinate any office events or lunches
  • Ensure coffee breaks and lunch breaks are scheduled appropriately so there is always coverage for all departments
  • Ensure phone system is always functioning and messages are updated when required (holidays, factory closures etc.)
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and ensure orders are placed
  • Monitor office expenditures, handle office contracts, ensure budget is being followed
  • Ensure office equipment is always operational
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment
  • Order fabric and create purchase orders to send to suppliers
  • Accurately enter and process orders in the system
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and scanners
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
