The manufacturing process cuts no corners, and each piece is meticulously inspected for quality control.

Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales of the company’ products within a defined geographic area. Ensure consistent profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel. Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short and long-term sales and earnings. This position is working full time and reporting to CEO of the company


  • Ensure sales staff are carrying out their duties to ensure success of Van Gogh’s marketing strategies
  • Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to monitor sales and profitability of products, analyze business development and market trends to come up with the best product mix strategies
  • Manage personnel and develop sales and sales support staff
  • Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue of sales
  • Develop specific plans to ensure sales growth in all company products
  • Provide quarterly result assessments of sales staff’s productivity and ensure their sales goals have been met 
  • Interpret short- and long-term effects on sales strategies 
  • Educate all sales reps by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth, improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies and management of expenses 
  • Collaborate with Marketing department to establish and control budgets for sales promotion 
  • Visit different territories to ensure sales teams are checking up on stores regularly and providing PK and updates
  • Visit stores and see what products are selling best for them and ensure their floor model are current if not current provide a discount and recommend current bestselling trend
  • Scope out new opportunities with sales rep to increase business


  • Post-secondary degree/diploma 
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in sales manager role
  • You have an above average ability to demonstrate critical thinking, good judgment, progressive mindset, and self-awareness
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic, well organized and a self-starter.
  • Proven ability to work independently and effectively in a team.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadline
  • Proficient with CRM tools and other sales technology
  • You have a successful track record at every stage of the sales process- from planning the sales to closing the sale.
  • Great at building rapport, friendly, outgoing, and enjoy engaging with new people via email, and in in person.
