We think of our customers as artists too, and we love bringing their design visions to life. Our company is one of the leading furniture manufacturers of Western Canada. We have been manufacturing handcrafted furniture in BC since 1993 and are seen in the industry as furniture and design experts.

As innovation is the cornerstone of our business, we’ve reached a time in our organization where we are on the brink of exciting change. As such, our small but mighty team is expanding and looking to add an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to drive our online business. We have historically been a B2B company, serving retailers and interior designers across Canada and Northwestern US. Now we are working towards launching a D2C website focused on US consumers.

You will be working side-by-side with our creative team and will have an opportunity to not only take charge and lead our entry to a new sales channel but also manage our B2B marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and provide the overall marketing and digital content strategy and roadmap
  • Build and launch our new e-commerce website on Shopify
  • Execute digital marketing activities, such as social media and email campaigns to increase company awareness, generate website traffic and improve conversions.
  • Maintain SEO best practices and execute new opportunities to increase website traffic through paid, organic, referral, email and social channels
  • Create and modify content for digital ads, website copy, emails and social media
  • Analyze data to communicate key findings, metrics and actionable insights
  • Manage and update both our wholesale and retail websites

 

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years managing an eCommrce platform and digital marketing initiatives across a variety of channels (SEO, PPC, email, paid social)
  • 2+ years experience building strategic marketing campaigns
  • A solid understating of SEO best practices
  • Experience with PPC – planning, budgeting, execution and analysis
  • Experience setting up and reporting with AOV, LTV, A/B testing, G-Suite, Google Analytics, Shopify analytics or similar platforms
  • Effective organizational, communication and reporting skills, to share plans and progress with the leadership team
